Built for laser batch coding and marking, the Meta-XY is built big for multiple part marking jobs or engraving large projects in multiple locations. Able to accommodate any of our laser sources, with a large format work area, the Meta-XY is extremely accurate and incredibly fast. With fast, safe automated doors and high speed head, it’s built to increase throughput without compromising on quality.
Built for etching and engraving at speed, the Meta-C CO2 laser etching machine is a different beast to our Blu systems, built within the Gen7 Meta-C chassis, this 3D (3-Axis) Galvo CO2 laser source is extremely accurate and comes in a wide range of power options.

The EcoFlex Laser System is Kern’s entry-level large format model. A wrap around gantry traverses over the cutting bed allowing for finished parts to be easily removed at all sides of the machine. The moving gantry features high speed servo motors and a flying optics beam delivery providing consistent beam power and quality over the entire work area. The EcoFlex machine is well known as a highly-productive laser system offered at an economical price.
The FiberCELL is a compact sheet metal fabricating fiber laser system, capable of cutting a variety of metals such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, brass and copper. A Class 2 safety enclosure allows the system to be placed in high traffic areas such as busy factory floors and university classrooms. Special polycarbonate windows are installed to ensure harmful laser wavelengths are filtered and cannot leave the enclosure.

The only thing “small” about our MICRO is its table size, as it can be equipped with the same powerful CO2 lasers as our large format models. The MICRO comes standard with high-speed engraving technology and a moving Y-axis bed for fast, accurate vector cutting. The MICRO laser system is a flexible laser solution, consuming minimal floor space in your facility.
The OptiDual Laser System was specially designed for customers that require a laser system capable of high production cutting. The second laser is connected to the master laser by an adjustable bar. As the master laser is cutting a part, the second laser will be cutting the same part just inches away. Both lasers output power can be matched within the KCAM software. This ensures that the parts being produced are similar in size, accuracy and quality.
The OptiFlex is an industrial large-format CO2 laser cutting system. The HyperDual motion package debuts on the OptiFlex and is setting the standard for large format laser cutting and engraving across the world. This improved motion system features a rack and pinion design and powerful servo motors on both the X and Y axis. Cut acceleration rates are up to three times faster with a 100% increase in top end vector speed.
